AI today — his view
Too many companies rush into AI with no course set, hoping technology will fix problems that are first and foremost problems of strategy, organisation or culture. It won't.
On the other hand, for executives with a clear vision, defined processes and aligned teams, AI is the greatest accelerator that has ever existed. What manual analysis could never surface, it brings to light in seconds.
My role hasn't changed: being the trusted third party who helps the executive steer with clarity. The human decides. AI executes, analyses, proposes. And the consultant makes sure the two are pulling in the right direction.
